A multi-disciplined and versatile finance executive with over 10 years of experience in the mining sector. Mr. Webster combines a strategic focus with a broad range of skills across the finance function. Until its recent sale to the Washington Companies, Mr. Webster was Vice President, Finance at Dominion Diamond Corporation, after over 10 years in progressively senior roles.  During his tenure at Dominion Mr. Webster was responsible for the financial consolidation and public financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, corporate finance, and investor relations. He has led and executed roughly $2 billion in corporate M&A transactions including the transformational purchase and integration of the Ekati Diamond Mine from BHP Billiton in 2013. He has also helped raise over $1 billion in corporate credit facilities, and managed the property and casualty and director and officer’s insurance programs. Mr. Webster brings a logical and pragmatic mindset to finance projects and consistently applies a strategic lens to key business decisions to help with successful strategy execution. Mr. Webster has obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Professional Accountant (CMA).
