Stefan founded HIVE based on his fifteen years of experience as a dynamic management consultant. He has worked for the world’s Top Tiered Consulting firms including PwC's Consulting and Deals practice and BDO's Consulting Business Line and Risk Advisory practice. During this time he often thought of ways in which the consulting model can be improved - in particular, to enhance client project outcomes as well as build stronger relationships between clients and consultants. Stefan has worked with a number of mining, energy, technology and private equity/financial services companies to enhance their business processes and adapt to market developments as well as regulatory changes. He has led a wide range of strategic projects for companies in the areas of financial modeling, debt/equity financing, financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, sustainability reporting, anti-corruption, as well as business process improvement and enhancements. Stefan possesses a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from the Institute of Management Consultants of Ontario; is a CIO Certified Blockchain Professional (CCBP); possesses a Masters Degree in Business and Environment from the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Schulich School of Business; as well as a Bachelor's degree from McGill University.
